Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer returns for products that for some reasons did not met our customer's expectations in terms of:
- Products is not as stated when purchase
- Received damage product
- Receipt of opened package
You can create a return request right from your customer account.
The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
NON RETURNABLE
Under the following conditions, items are non returnable:
- If consumer change the mind to return the products which are in good conditions.
- Items where package is opened by customers are not returnable.
Our customer service team would be happy to clarify any queries you have.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products which are qualified for returns, customers have choice to request for exchange of the same product. We grant exchange for the same product when it is in stock.
Exchange of products might incur shipment charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of your order placement. Please call customer service +91 98404 65606 to initiate the cancellation by quoting your order number. We deduct 2% of your order value plus taxes for cancellation in order to cover payment processing fees.
REFUND POLICY
While we make sure that we provide your full satisfaction of your purchase, we would refund your purchase in the following cases:
- If the products qualify for returns as stated in return policies
- If the products are not available for exchange as stated in exchange policies
- If the order is cancelled fulfilling the cancellation policy.
To initiate refund call customer service by sending email to cc@stagmo.in. We will refund the amount within 14 days from approval of returns using the same medium of payment you had made.
