These Terms and Conditions, as modified and updated by Stagmo.in periodically states the norms for authorized use of this Website. Any violation of these Terms will constitute unauthorized use of the Website.

This Website also provides information on the Products sold by Stagmo.in.

  1. Products and Liability:

The Products sold through Stagmo.in are listed here below:

  • Ready to eat Sambar
  • Ready to eat Rasam
  • Ready to eat Upma
  • Ready to eat Poha
  • Ready to eat Pongol
  • Ready to eat Peanut Chutney
  • Ready mixes - Idli, Dosa, Rava Dosa, Rava Idli, Podi
  • Dry Fruits Sweets

(hereinafter referred to as “the Products”).

Stagmo.in takes all reasonable measures to correct defects in these Products, if any, as and when we are intimated of the same. However, Stagmo.in assumes no liability for any loss caused to a User as a result of a defect in the Products.

Users are solely responsible to ensure that the Products they purchase are appropriate for their consumption. Stagmo.in makes no representation or warranty with regard to the same.

  1. Purchase of Products:

The Users are required to place the orders on the Stagmo.in website, and claim the Products from the manufacturers of the same or as stated in the Product warranties.

The LED Products may be claimed at the physical stores of Stagmo.in in person with the original invoice.

  1. Terms and modes of Payment and Delivery:

Users may make payments may be made through any of the following modes for invoice:

  • -Domestic Debit Cards
  • -Domestic Credit Cards
  • -Internet Banking
  • -Paytm Wallet
  • UPI

Delivery charges vary depending on the Product and delivery address.

Cash on Delivery for orders are not available A User/Customer who cancels the order is entitled to pay delivery charges.

Orders made using fraudulent Debit Card or Credit Card or Internet Banking or Paytm Wallet would be prosecuted as per law. Stagmo.in reserves the right to refuse to deliver the Order, and Users/Customers are liable to pay chargeback charges as stipulated by Paytm.

Users/Customers are also liable to pay for Orders in the event the transaction is found to be fraudulent after delivery.

VII. Exchange/Return of Purchased Products:

Stagmo.in does not accept a purchased Product in return or exchange. Defective Products purchased may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time of delivery provided the packaging of the Product is unopened. Such exchange of a purchased Product has to be done by a User at the physical stores of Stagmo.in with the original invoice.

VIII. Changes to the Website, the Product and these Terms and Conditions

Stagmo.in reserves the right to amend this Website, the Products and these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Users are abound by such amendments, if any, and are required to regular checks to be updated of the same.

  1. Waiver

In the event Stagmo.in fails to enforce the performance of any provision in these Terms and Conditions, the same shall not constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision. Stagmo.in reserves the right to subsequently enforce that provision.

  1. Severability

In the event one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid and enforceable.

  1. Compliance with Laws:

The Users agree and undertake that their use of the Stagmo.in website will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • The Users are prohibited from using this Website in any way, which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
  • The use of this Website for marketing purposes is prohibited until and unless the prior written consent of Stagmo.in is obtained.
  • The Users agree and acknowledge that Stagmo.in is entitled to periodically monitor their use of the Website to ensure that it is not used in the aforesaid prohibited manner and unauthorized purposes.

The Users shall keep Stagmo.in indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred or suffered by Stagmo.in arising out of any breach of any of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim as a result of the breach of these terms and conditions.

XIV. Applicable laws:

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws, and any disputes relating to the same will be subject to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

This Agreement is for an indefinite term, and it is an electronic contract binding on the Users.
