Idli Preparation Instructions:

Idli (Steamed Rice and Lentil cake), never before made so simple. With just adding water, Idli is ready to steam. Pair it with Stagmo Sambar or Peanut chutneyl

Ingredients:

Rice Flour, Skinned Black Gram Flour, Flattened Rice, Salt, Sugar, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate.

How to prepare:

1. Empty the pack in the bowl and mix 450ml water. Stir well until no lumps.

2. Steam the Idli batter in an Idli cooker or Idli vessel.

3. Steam it for 10-12 mins on medium to high flame. Soft idlis are ready to serve!

Rava Idli Preparation Instructions:

Rava Idli (Semolina, Lentil and Rice Steam cake), never before made so simple. With just adding water, Rava Idli is ready to make. Pair it with Stagmo Sambar or Peanut chutney.

Ingredients:

Semolina, Rice Flour, Flattened Rice, All Purpose flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Sugar, Skinned Black gram, Split Bengal Gram, Mustard Seed, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Cashew Nuts, Curry Leaves, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate.

How to prepare:

1. Empty the pack in the bowl and mix 450ml water. Stir well until no lumps.

2. Steam the Rava Idli batter in an Idli cooker or Idli vessel.

3. Steam it for 10-12 mins on medium to high flame. Soft Rava idlis are ready to serve!

Rava Dosa Preparation Instructions:

Rava Dosa (thin Semolina, Lentil and Rice crepe), never before made so simple. With just adding water, Rava Dosa is ready to make. Pair it with Stagmo Sambar or Peanut chutneyl

Ingredients:

Semolina, Rice Flour, Mustard Seed, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Curry Leaves, Salt, Sugar, Citric Acid.

How to prepare:

1. Empty the pack in the bowl and mix 450mll water. Stir well until no lumps.

2. Grease hot pan with little edible oil, take required batter and spread on the pan.

3. Sprinkle or spray little edible oil and remove the Rava dosa after it turns in golden brown colour and serve!

Sambar Preparation Instructions:

Lentil based South Indian Sambar. Made with hand picked quality ingredients. Eat with Idli, Upma, Pongal, Dosa, Rice or just have it like soup. Super easy to make, just add hot water and wait for few minutes, Sambar is ready.

Ingredients:

Lentil (Toor Dal), Channa Dal, Mogar, Salt, Asafoetida, Curry leaves, Red Chill, Edible vegetable Oil..

How to prepare:

1. Empty the Sambar powder from the pack in a container.

2. Pour 400ml of boiling water.

3. Add stir friend vegetables if you want.

4. Stir and cover the container with a lid and leave it for 10 minutes.

5. Tasty Sambar is ready to enjoy.

Peanut Chutney Preparation Instructions:

Peanut or Shenga Chutney is great side dish for any breakfast or with tea time snacks. Made with hand picked high quality ingredients. Goes great with STAGMO Ghee Upma and STAGMO Ghee Pongal. Super easy to make, just add water (optional)and instantly Peanut Chutney is ready. Ear with Idli, Dosa, Khakra or any other snacks!

Ingredients:

Peanut, Roasted Gram, Red Chilly and Salt.

How to prepare:

1. Take portion of Peanut Chutney and add water (optional) as per consistency requirement.

2. Mix it well and Peanut Chutney is ready to enjoy
